From checkout to takeoff.

Use the exact instructions included with your purchased plan.

Before you buy

Confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier unlocked. Check the destination list, data allowance, plan validity, and activation policy. Data-only plans do not include a local phone number unless explicitly stated.

Install over Wi-Fi

After verified payment and supplier issuance, find your QR code and manual installation details in your account or secure order link. On iOS, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. On Android, look under SIM Manager or Network & Internet.

Connect at your destination

Select the travel eSIM for mobile data, enable data roaming for that eSIM if instructed, and keep data roaming disabled on your home SIM. Your plan will follow its stated activation policy. Allow a few minutes to join a supported network.

Keep your eSIM installed.

Many eSIMs can only be installed once. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting. Contact support with your order number and device model instead.

What is an eSIM?+

An eSIM is a digital SIM that you install on a compatible device. It connects your phone to a mobile network without a physical SIM card. Most travel plans provide mobile data; check each plan for its exact features.

Will an eSIM work with my phone?+

Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked for use with other carriers. Look for an EID in your device settings or dial *#06#. Confirm your exact model and purchase region with your manufacturer before ordering.

When should I install my eSIM?+

Install over a reliable Wi-Fi connection before you travel. Some plans begin their validity at installation, while others begin when they first connect to a supported network. Always read the activation policy on your selected plan.

Can I keep my existing phone number?+

On devices that support dual SIM, you can usually keep your existing SIM for calls and texts while selecting your travel eSIM for data. Your home carrier may charge for calls, texts, or roaming, so review its rates and settings.
