Your eSIM order can contain installation information, QR codes, activation details, and supplier identifiers. We treat these as confidential because they provide access to your purchased service.

We use your information to process your purchase, verify payment, request and deliver your eSIM, provide account access and order tracking, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and maintain service security. We also keep records required for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Optional marketing subscriptions require your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. Necessary order, security, and support messages are separate from marketing messages.
Payments and service providers
We share information necessary to fulfill your purchase with the eSIM supplier, selected payment provider, hosting and database providers, and transactional email provider. Payment providers process card or cryptocurrency transactions under their own privacy and compliance terms.
We do not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV, or payment authentication credentials on our servers. Payment transactions use supported providers’ secure checkout. A payment reference, transaction identifier, and payment status may be stored with your order.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements govern these transfers. We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encrypted connections, secure password hashing, and restricted access to order and installation information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and keep your secure order links and eSIM details private.
We retain information for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, manage your account, meet legal recordkeeping duties, or resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymized according to our retention procedures.
Cookies, analytics, and your choices
Essential storage keeps your shopping cart, currency preference, theme, and session working. Optional analytics are enabled only if configured and you consent. You can withdraw optional analytics consent by clearing the corresponding site preference in your browser.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses.
