Your plan and device
eSIM Bazar offers digital mobile connectivity supplied through network and eSIM service providers. Each product lists its available data allowance, validity, coverage, price, and any supplied network or activation information. Coverage, speeds, hotspot support, and fair usage restrictions vary by package and local network conditions.
Before purchasing, confirm that your exact device supports eSIM, is carrier unlocked, and supports the relevant destination’s networks. Device families can have regional variants. You are responsible for choosing a plan appropriate to your itinerary and following its installation instructions.
Unless explicitly included in the product description, plans provide data only and do not include a local phone number, conventional calls, or SMS. Your home carrier can separately charge for calls, texts, or roaming on your existing SIM.
Orders, prices, and payment
An order is subject to current product availability and server-side price confirmation. Browsing currency estimates may use configured exchange rates; the checkout identifies the actual settlement currency and payable amount. Any gateway fee or applicable discount is included in the checkout calculation.
Payment is processed by your selected provider. A browser redirect, payment reference, or uploaded proof does not by itself establish successful payment. We verify payment with the provider or through manual approval before issuing an eSIM. Pending transfers and cryptocurrency payments may take time to confirm.
Do not submit duplicate payments while an order is pending. If a price or availability error prevents fulfillment after payment, we will seek an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or an alternative with your agreement.
Digital delivery and activation
After verified payment, we request your eSIM from the supplier. Installation details are delivered through your account or secure order link and email. Delivery can be delayed by supplier, payment, or email service issues; your order status shows progress. Keep your email address accurate and check spam folders.
Plan validity may begin at installation or first use on a supported network, depending on the product’s activation policy. Follow the specific instructions delivered with your order. Many eSIM profiles can only be installed once; deleting a profile can make it unusable. Contact support before deleting it.
Keep your QR code, manual activation details, and secure order link confidential. Sharing installation credentials can allow another person to use the service. An eSIM may not be transferred or reinstalled unless the supplier explicitly supports it.
Acceptable use and service limits
You must use the service lawfully and follow applicable network fair usage rules. Do not attempt unauthorized access, payment fraud, abuse of promotional codes, resale contrary to a plan’s terms, or interference with the platform or mobile networks.
Mobile service depends on third-party networks, device capability, signal conditions, geography, network congestion, and regulatory restrictions. Speeds and uninterrupted connectivity are not guaranteed. Travel data is not a substitute for an emergency communication plan.
We may restrict an account or transaction where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations. If a restriction affects a legitimate order, contact support for review.
Refunds, liability, and consumer rights
See our refund policy for eligibility and the review process. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, remain applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate device compatibility information supplied by the customer, incorrect installation contrary to instructions, home-carrier roaming charges, or third-party network events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation must be applied consistently with mandatory consumer protections.

Use our contact page for order or service concerns. Please provide your order number and describe the issue without exposing payment secrets or activation credentials. Updated terms apply prospectively as permitted by law; the version in effect at purchase governs that transaction.
